Conveyor rollers 500 series

Conveyor rollers for transporting light loads, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø20 mm – 0,10 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø30 mm – 0,15 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø40 mm – 0,15 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,3 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø20, Ø30 mm;
• 0,5 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø40 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø20×1,5 mm, Ø30×1,0 mm, Ø40×1,5 mm;
• PVC tube: Ø20×1,5 mm, Ø30×1,0 mm, Ø40×1,5 mm;
• possibility to choose PVC and stainless steel roller.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø6, Ø8, Ø10 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Bearings:

• low friction bearings: thermoplastic with steel ball;
• possibility to choose a stainless steel bearing.
