Power driven rollers 3760 series

Electrically conductive (contact resistance <1000 kΩ) roller with round belt drive, extremely long product service life of up to 80 000 hours (=up to 20 years in two–shift operation), labyrinth seal provides protection from splashwater and coarse dirt, minimum operating noises, special safety lock stops the bearing plate becoming loose under load, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 3,00 kN;
• tension force of the round belt up to a load of 0,3 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 2 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50×1,5 mm;
• stainless steel tube: Ø50×1,5 mm;
• size of the grooves: A=40 mm, B=30 mm, for round belt Ø5 or Ø6 mm.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14 mm, SK11 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Bearings:

• plastic bearing plate with precision grooved ball bearing 6202–ZZ (–2RS) and labyrinth seal.

Optional:

• stainless steel axle.
