Power driven rollers 5130 series

The solid construction roller with single chain wheel is especially suitable for transporting heavy loads or pallets, chain wheel welded to tube, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø80 mm – 2,50 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø89 mm – 3,50 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø89×5 mm – 5,00 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø108 mm – 5,00 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,8 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø80, Ø89, Ø108 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø80×2 mm, Ø80×3 mm, Ø89×3 mm, Ø89×5 mm, Ø108×3,25 mm, Ø108×5 mm.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø20, Ø25 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Drive (single chain wheel):

• series 5133: 3/4″ x 7/16″, number of teeth=13, made of steel, inner d=79,6, outer d=87;
• series 5135: 3/4″ x 7/16″, number of teeth=15, made of steel, inner d=91,6, outer d=100.

Bearings:

• precision grooved ball bearings with metal seals.

Optional:

• precision grooved ball bearings with rubber seals;
• welded flange rings.
