Series 5020

Anti–static conveyor roller with double chain wheel for transporting light loads, chain wheel welded to tube, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 0,80 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø60 mm – 1,00 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø80 mm – 1,20 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,5 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50, Ø60, Ø80 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50x1,5 mm, Ø50x2 mm, Ø60x1,5 mm, Ø60x2 mm, Ø80x2 mm.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø15, Ø17 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Drive:

• double chain wheel;
• 1/2"x5/16", number of teeth=14 made of steel.

Bearings:

• precision grooved ball bearings 6202–ZZ (–2RS) with metal seals;
• non–powe–driven roller side: series 3700.

Optional:

• double chain wheel 1/2"x5/16", number of teeth=11 steel;
• PVC chain wheel pressed for friction or fixed drive.
