The AGILOX OCF is a new generation of omnidirectional autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) with a low center of gravity. The AGILOX OCF lifts and transports heavy loads in narrow aisles, stacked on open or closed pallets. MAXIMUM FREEDOM
The AMR, controlled by an electromechanical cylinder, has a robust lifting system that is resistant to dirt and the additional maintenance associated with it. This autonomous forklift truck can lift up to 1,500 kg and has a lifting height of up to 1,600 mm. The loads can be lifted in both open and closed pallets.
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
The AGILOX OCF with three drive elements is based on an omnidirectional drive concept that provides unlimited freedom of movement. This allows the robot to move in standard forward and backward directions, as well as in parallel, diagonal and rotational movements around its axis.
SAFE MOTION
AGILOX uses the contours of the environment to navigate with millimetre precision. AGILOX automatically detects obstacles and avoids them. In addition, various sensors, such as a safety laser scanner or obstacle avoidance sensors, help it move precisely and safely in the working environment.
VISIBLE PATH
The AGILOX OCF robot’s integrated floor spotlight visually warns people in the path of an approaching vehicle by illuminating the floor in front of them with a green light. In addition, white lights mounted at the bottom of the lift mast, at the front and at the top of the lift mast, indicate changes in direction.
All AMRs communicate and exchange information about their position and status. AGILOX AMRs use X-SWARM technology to dynamically decide which vehicle takes on a task. This solution enables communication and interoperability between all AMRs. If one robot fails, others take over its task to maintain the flow of goods. AMRs autonomously recognize obstacles and take evasive actions to ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials.
