Power driven rollers 4900 series

Adjustable accumulation conveyor rollers are used where piece goods up to 100 kg must be transported and stopped. The cost–effective accumulation roller conveyors can be stopped at any time with a single, permanently running drive. An accumulator bush is located between the roller shell and the drive element. The drive element is able to rotate although the roller shell is blocked with the stopped material to be conveyed. Resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 0,80 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø60 mm – 1,00 kN.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50×1,5 mm, Ø50×2 mm, Ø60×1,5 mm, Ø60×2 mm;
• PVC tube: Ø50×2,8 mm, Ø63×3 mm;
• stainless steel tube: Ø50×1,5 mm, Ø60,3×1,6 mm.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø14 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Drive:

• double chain wheel 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=14, made of steel or PVC;
• double chain wheel 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=11, made of steel or PVC;
• single chain wheel 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=14, made of steel or PVC;

Bearings:

• precision grooved ball bearing 6202–ZZ (–2RS) and labyrinth seal.
