When choosing, it is necessary to assess the loads, frequency of movement, construction material and environmental conditions. If the equipment works outdoors, corrosion resistance is important; if the mechanism operates under vibration, additional reinforcement and bearings are required. For complex structures, custom-made models are usually used that precisely match the operating conditions and ensure long-term reliability. Properly selected hinges help prevent failures and improve the overall safety of the equipment.
