Extraordinary weekend of the Techvitas service team

Our service team successfully completed the compressor service project at one of the large companies in the Kaunas region. During the project, with the help of partners, a 1–ton airend was dismantled from the compressor, which was in a sea container.
The service team performed:
- full service of the compressor – oil, filter, valve changes, electrical part check;
- the hydraulic service team replaced the bearings of the electric motor;
- the replacement of the airend, the installation of the air intake and the operation of the damper, depending on the operation of the compressor, were carried out.
All project work was carried out during non–working hours and it was ensured that the production was uninterrupted, even in the event of unforeseen breakdowns. For this, the service team had a spare mobile compressor to ensure smooth operation. In addition, they took care of all the necessary connections for the mobile compressor. This is a great example of how our maintenance service specialists can guarantee smooth and uninterrupted business operations, even in the face of unforeseen challenges.
The result: the company’s 160 kW screw compressor was ensured to operate optimally and efficiently, meeting high technical standards.
