Keep on moving!
Today, KUKA is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of robots and providers of automation solutions. This German company started its activities in 1898 with the production of acetylene lamps and became known in Europe as an innovator of welding solutions. In 1973, the first 6–axis robot “Famulus” was introduced to the world, and thus KUKA became a robot manufacturing company, known to us by this name until today.
Keep on moving!
After bringing innovation to the world with the 6-axis robot, KUKA does not stop and today offers a wide selection of industrial and collaborative robots: from the small KR SCARA and KR AGILUS robots to the largest KR TITAN with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg.

The periphery surrounding the robot is a very important factor in determining the efficiency of automation or robotization. With power supply systems, linear actuators or positioning tables, the functionality of robots can be expanded and robotic tasks can be performed faster and more precisely.
KUKA offers various additional modules for its robots in all lifting capacity categories: Robot periphery – additional modules for robots | KUKA AG
Continuous improvement and the search for innovation led KUKA to collaborative robots. These are robots that can work alongside a person, or in other words, in collaboration with a person. These robots do not need an additional safety system, they stop when they “feel” external resistance. KUKA introduced the new generation of LBR iisy collaborative robots at the beginning of last year, and currently offers a choice of 5 different robots with lifting capacities from 3 kg to 15 kg and reach lengths from 760 to 1300 mm. The extremely good price-performance ratio makes these robots a great choice for small and medium-sized businesses that are starting to think about automation.

Our subsidiary UAB “Techvitas Robotika” can offer solutions not only with small KUKA cobots, but also with any robots of this manufacturer! The #Techvitasrobotika team will help you choose the right robotic solution for your application: they will program industrial robots for various tasks – packaging, palletizing, sorting, milling and other operations performed in your production and will also offer a variety of robotic gripper solutions.
