Accessories for safety fences
Troax accessories make it possible to adapt and customize your solution on site. Use the end and cut profiles to adjust the panels in height and width and the edge cover to cover for cut outs in the mesh. The Snapper quickly attaches panels to one another and with the Kick–plate you cover a floor sweep. A cable wire tray is easily added to the guard, either fixed to the top of the posts or on any height with the Smart Fix brackets. Add our special Kit Functional Bonding for earthing if you have problems with leakage current. PC Infill solutions, where a polycarbonate sheet is fixed to a mesh panel to cover for splash risks is avaialbe together with gap covers or Foam Infill to cover the gaps between panels and posts.
Wire Tray System
Easily attached consoles to the posts or Smart Fix bracket, for 100 mm or 200 mm wide wire trays. The trays are easily cut on–site using a bolt cropper, to fit in corners and endings
Smart Post
With the new and practical Smart Post, it is now possible for the wiring to fit inside the post, as well as integrate control push buttons directly into the 60×40 posts.
Smart Splice
The Smart Splice fits inside the posts, making it quicker and easier to assemble tall posts. The Smart Splice fits the standard 60×40 posts in heights 2 200 and 3 000 mm and can extend the posts up to just over 6 meters without other attachment options.
Cut profile
The cut profile is a versatile solution for adjusting the height of the polycarbonate/mesh panel on site. Just cut the panel at the desired height/width and then put on a U-profile to create the frame.
Kick plate
The kick plates are made of a 1,25 mm steel sheet that is pre–galvanized. It’s available in all standard panel widths to cover the standard floor gap of 150 mm, between the bottom of the panel and the floor.
Panel Curve
The Panel Curve is an ST20 mesh panel in 800 mm width with special cut–outs in the middle tubes, making it possible to bend when installing it on site. Panel is supplied flat – easy to transport. During the installation, when fixed between the posts, it can be bent and replace a 90–degree corner.
Light grid/curtain fixings
The kit contains fixings for 2 pair of light grids/curtains. The upper and lower fixing for each light grid are assembled onto the Smart Fix Open bracket, that can be put in any height on 60×40 posts. This makes it very fleixible to adjust in height and easy to get the correct vertical angle to match the sender/receiver.
Edge cover
The Edge cover is a metal reinforced plastic cover that can be used on the sharp mesh–edges that occur when performing cut–outs within the mesh panel. The cover is available in black and grey.
Power Door
With Power door, you will get a motor solution that easily can be added on to a single sliding door in aluminium rail. When installed, the automated door can be operated in various ways. Open and close manually with buttons or signal from PLC or operate the door from a forklift using a sensor or a remote control.
Panel Flexi
The Panel Flexi is easy to install to the standard high 2 050 mm ST20 mesh panels to make the existing panel wider. It can infill a gap between 50–199 mm. You order a smaller panel and add on the Panel Flexi so there is no need to cut any panels on site.
