Conical conveyor rollers 6000 series

Tapered (conical) gravity conveyor rollers guarantee conveyance of the material to be conveyed around curves, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C with low noise level, anti–static rollers with labyrinth seal for splashwater and dust protection.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• 0,80 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 1,2 m/s.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50×1,5 mm with pressed tapered PVC elements in black.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø10, Ø12, Ø14 mm, SK11 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Bearings:

• plastic bearing plate with precision grooved ball bearing 6202–ZZ (–2RS) and labyrinth seal.

Optional:
