Conical conveyor rollers 6020 series

Tapered (conical) conveyor rollers with chain drive guarantee conveyance of the material to be conveyed around curves, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C, with low noise level, anti–static rollers with labyrinth seal for splashwater and dust protection.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• 0,80 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,5 m/s.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50×1,5 mm with pressed tapered PVC elements in black.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø15 mm, SK11 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring–loaded axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Drive:

• single chain wheel: 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=11; 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=14;

• double chain wheel: 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=11; 1/2″ x 5/16″, number of teeth=14.

Bearings:

• plastic bearing plate with precision grooved ball bearing with metal seals and labyrinth seal.

Optional:

• bearing with rubber seals;
