Conveyor rollers 2600 series

Antistatic rollers for transporting high weight loads at higher speeds, at temperatures from –30°C to +80°C, protected from splashwater and dust by sealed ball bearing.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø63 mm – 2,5 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø80 mm – 3,0 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø89 mm – 5,0 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø108 mm – 5,0 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 1,8 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø63, Ø80, Ø89, Ø108 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø63×2,9 mm, Ø80×2 mm, Ø80×3 mm, Ø89×3 mm, Ø108×3,25 mm;
• possibility to choose stainless steel roller.

Axle:

• steel: Ø20, Ø25 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Bearings:

• galvanized sheet steel bearing plate, with precision grooved ball bearing 6204–ZZ (–2RS).
