Conveyor rollers 1000 series

Conveyor rollers for transporting light loads, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 0,20 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,5 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: 50×1,5 mm;
• PVC tube: Ø50×2,8 mm;
• stainless steel tube: Ø50×1,5 mm.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats;
• possibility to choose a stainless steel axle.

Bearings:

• low friction bearings: thermoplastic with steel ball;
• possibility to choose a stainless steel bearing.
