Conveyor rollers 2000 series

Anti-static conveyor rollers for transporting light loads, resistant to temperatures from –30°C to +60°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø30 mm – 0,4 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø40 mm – 0,8 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 1,1 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø60 mm – 1,2 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø80 mm – 1,5 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,6 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø30, Ø40 mm;
• 0,8 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50, Ø60, Ø80 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube according to DIN 2394: Ø30×1,5 mm, Ø40×1,5 mm, Ø50×1,5 mm, Ø60×1,5 mm, Ø80x2mm;
• possibility to choose PVC and stainless steel roller.

Axle:

• steel: Ø8, Ø10, Ø12 mm, SK11 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Bearings:

• galvanized steel bearings, lubricated.
