Conveyor rollers 3500 series

Antistatic rollers for transporting medium weight loads at higher speeds, at temperatures from –10°C to +40°C, with labyrinth seal, precision ball bearing, protected against splashwater and dust.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 1,2 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø60 mm – 1,6 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 1,2 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50, Ø60 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube according to DIN 2394: Ø50×1,5 mm, Ø60×1,5 mm;
• possibility to choose PVC and stainless steel roller.

Axle:

• steel: Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø15 mm, SK11 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Bearings:

• plastic bearing plate with precision grooved ball bearing and labyrinth seal.

Optional:

• special version with precision grooved ball bearing made of stainless steel.
