Power driven rollers 5070 series

Anti–static conveyor roller with single chain wheel, for transporting light loads, chain wheel welded to tube, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 0,80 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø60 mm – 1,00 kN.

 Maximum conveying speed:

• 0,5 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50, Ø60 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50×1,5 mm, Ø60×1,5 mm.

Axle:

• plain steel: Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø15 mm;
• axle types: internal thread, external thread, spring axle, rigid axle, axle with widht across flats.

Drive:

• single chain wheel;
• 1/2″x5/16″, number of teeth=14, made of steel.

Bearings:

• precision grooved ball bearings 6202–ZZ (–2RS);
• non–power–driven roller side: series 3700.
