Mechanics

This category offers panel support clamps, connecting clamps, parallel mounting clamps, various adapters (e.g. for hoses or threaded connections), retaining rods and tubes. Connectors are available in technopolymer, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc die casting. Holders for aluminum profile systems are also available.

Which brackets are best for securing pipes, hoses or cables?

Brackets are used wherever it is necessary to securely attach pipes, hoses, cables or other components to a wall, frame or equipment. The most suitable type of bracket depends on what you want to fix. For pipes, clamp or semi-circular brackets are often chosen, for hoses – more elastic, vibration-absorbing, and for cables – lighter, quick-installing solutions. The most important thing is that the bracket holds the component firmly, does not damage it and maintains stability during operation.

How to choose the right brackets based on load and mounting surface?

When choosing brackets, you need to consider the expected load, vibration and installation location. Heavy pipes or equipment require metal, double brackets that can withstand greater weight. For lighter cables or hoses, plastic solutions are sufficient. The type of surface is also important: screw brackets are often installed on metal, and with fixing pins on concrete or walls. A properly selected bracket reduces wear on the system and ensures safe operation.

What is the difference between single, double and adjustable bracket solutions?

Single brackets are suitable for one pipe or hose. Double brackets allow you to mount two elements side by side, thus reducing the space requirement and improving the neatness of the structure. Adjustable brackets provide more flexibility: they allow you to change the height, distance or clamping width. Such solutions are especially useful when there are pipes or cables of different diameters in the system.

Does the material of the brackets affect temperature and corrosion resistance?

Yes. Stainless steel brackets have high corrosion resistance and are suitable for aggressive environments. Plastic brackets are resistant to moisture and some chemicals, but do not tolerate extremely high temperatures. Galvanized steel solutions are well suited for general-purpose installations. The choice of material directly determines the service life of the bracket and the reliability of the system.
