Transfer units
Ball transfer units and ELEROLL roller tracks are used in conveyor systems and help heavy loads move linearly or rotationally. Roller elements are mounted in RLT-AL aluminum profiles, forming modular roller tracks that can be used where gravitational transport is required in various areas: loading and unloading tables, storage and assembly systems, packaging machines, etc.
The rollers are made of scratch-resistant material and this allow the transport of delicate materials such as glass and wood.
A special part of the RLT-AL profile allows the roller elements to be attached to the profile without the use of screws or other fasteners. Therefore, the roller elements can be quickly and easily removed and replaced without dismantling the entire roller track.
Conveyor elements: for smooth and reliable material movement
Conveyor elements are the basis of most industrial processes, where it is necessary to ensure the continuous and accurate movement of raw materials or products. Each industry has its own requirements, so different materials, temperatures and loads determine which elements will be most suitable for a particular system. The right choice helps to avoid disruptions, reduces wear and tear and ensures a stable production rate.
The most suitable transportation elements for different industries
Hygienic conveyor belts and rollers that are resistant to grease and temperature changes are often used in the food industry. Impact-resistant rollers, sturdy rails and belts that can withstand heavy loads are important in the wood or metalworking sectors. In logistics and warehouses, easy-to-maintain, universal-sized transport components have the advantage, which allow for the quick and safe movement of loads of various dimensions.
How to choose transportation elements according to the type of material and conditions?
When choosing, it is important to consider the weight of the transported material, its surface, possible temperature fluctuations and the intensity of movement. Heat-resistant belts and components are essential for processes involving high temperatures. Fragile materials require softer, shock-absorbing transport solutions to prevent damage. Corrosion-resistant elements are suitable for aggressive chemical environments.
Advantages and efficiency of transportation elements
Using quality-selected conveying elements, the movement of materials becomes more uniform, the risk of downtime is reduced and the service life of the entire system is extended. Properly adjusted rollers, rails, chains or belts reduce friction, protect equipment from wear and tear and optimize energy consumption.
Conveying elements are integral to efficient production and logistics. They help maintain a consistent work rhythm, reduce the likelihood of failures and ensure that the entire system operates reliably and economically.
