As the official partner of SKF Lincoln lubrication systems in Lithuania, we not only supply the products of this manufacturer to our customers, but also provide installation and service for automatic central lubrication systems (ALS):
- installation central ALS for industrial equipment and mobile machinery;
- repair and service of automatic lubrication systems;
- repair/modernize automatic lubrication systems.
We do repair and modernization work not only for SKF Lincoln, but also for central lubrication systems of all other manufacturers.
One of our last projects – the reconstruction of a dual-line automatic lubrication system.
Our client – a manufacturer of car components, the equipment – a forging press.
The client applied for wear and tear on the existing system piping, it was difficult to do service and the main components were morally obsolete with no possibility to get spare parts. It was also not possible to track each lubrication point – whether the grease was supplied.
Our team’s solution – the copper piping was replaced with steel, the SKF–Lincoln dual–line Maxilube lubrication system was integrated with the ability to track each lubrication point separately.
The customer now has a reliable, newly installed lubrication system that is easy to maintain.

Extraordinary weekend of the Techvitas service team
