Value line (20–75 mm)

Value Line suction cups are suitable for standard/basic applications. The program consists of flat-concave, bellows and long-bellows shapes. They have long thin lips for good sealing on slightly corrugated surfaces e.g. corrugated cardboard. These suction cups are suitable for level adjustment. Several short bellows in one lifting device can handle objects with height differences and varying shapes, for example embossed or corrugated plates. The lifting movement can be used to separate small and thin objects. Only light weight objects should be handled when the lifting force is parallel to the surface of the object in order to achieve good precision and safe lifting movement. Value line bellows are made of PVC–free recycable material.

Mostly used in packaging.

Value line suction cups are available in sizes from 20 mm to 75 mm outer diameter.
